Chris Cassaro begins his fourth season as a member of the Hawk coaching staff, as he joins the Varsity staff as Offensive Line Coach and Asst. Defensive Line Coach.
Coach Cassaro served as HC's Freshmen Defensive Coordinator from 2003-2005. His efforts were instrumental in the Hawks winning the 2005 HCIAA Freshmen Championship.
Coach Cassaro is a 1999 graduate of Hudson Catholic High School, where he excelled in both football and track and field. He played for current Hawk Head Coach Rob Stern at St. Peter's College, part of a 2001 team that posted a 10-1 record. Also while at St. Peter's, Cassaro was an All-MAAC performer as a member of the track and field team.
A native of Jersey City, NJ, Coach Cassaro is an educator at St. Aloysius High School in Jersey City, as well as an Assistant Coach with the Hudson Catholic Track & Field team.
