2008 is Chris Johnston's sixth season as an assistant at Hudson Catholic. In addition to coaching the Quarterbacks, Coach Johnston will be responsible for the Hawks Defensive Backs, three of whom received All-HCIAA honors in 2007.
Since arriving at Hudson in 2003, Coach Johnston has helped Hawk Quarterbacks Tom Bender '04, Ryan O'Flaherty '05, and Jack Montanile '07 earn All-HCIAA Honorable Mention honors. Under Johnston's tutelage, 2003 Hawk QB Tom Bender posted a touchdown-to-interception ratio of 4-1, and helped lead his team to a seven win season and a state playoff appearance.
A native of Norwood, MA, Coach Johnston previously served as the Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Xavier High School in New York City. |
